All preliminary proposals, pipeline overviews, and exploratory communications issued prior to formal definitive agreements (such as MOUs, Joint Venture Agreements, or Investment Contracts) are non-binding unless explicitly stated in signed legal instruments.
3. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage
The Senegal Asia Ventures brand name, logo, proprietary project structures, and market research materials are the exclusive property of SAV. Unauthorized commercial replication or representation without written approval is strictly prohibited.
4. Cross-Border Compliance
Every joint venture and cross-border partnership developed under the SAV framework adheres strictly to local regulatory frameworks in Senegal, ECOWAS member states, Indonesia, Qatar, and relevant Asian jurisdictions.
